Is the free plan really free forever?
- Yes — the free plan is free with no time limit. You get 5 invoices per month with no credit card required. When your business grows and you need more, you can upgrade to Starter at any time.
What is included in voice quotes?
- Voice quotes let you record a description of a job before you start work. The AI builds a professional, itemised estimate — including materials and labour — which you can send to your customer for approval via email or WhatsApp. The customer gets a private link to Accept, Request Changes, or Decline. Once accepted, convert the quote to an invoice in one tap. Voice quotes are included from the Starter plan.
Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. There are no contracts or lock-in periods. You can cancel your Starter or Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer a free trial of paid plans?
- Yes — all paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial you can choose to subscribe or continue on the free plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. All payments are processed securely — we never store your card details.
Can I switch plans?
- Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next renewal date.
